We’re reaching out today to share information about a recent interruption in Chorus functionalities. While most users did not experience any impact, some did, and we wanted to communicate details about this unintended interruption.
Between approximately midnight and 9am ET on Tuesday, July 27, a suspended scheduling process caused a publishing delay for off-platform updates, including:
- Twitter, Apple News, RSS; - AWS EventBridge
Once this process was restarted, updates began processing normally. Delayed updates were caught up to realtime shortly after 9am and there have been no additional reports of similar issues since.
